Super beds, overall nice place.
Nothing to complain about. Food is fabulous. We had a tight bathroom. Only a short distance to explora and the metro station 5 minutes' walk.
-
The room had a good balcony. The airport was 20 km away from here, STUNNING location. For shots visit enoteca dei principi, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.
-
The rooms are in need of repair. The soundproofing isn't good enough. Breakfast is monotonous, but two or three days is enough.
-
Better than I expected - Near lepanto metro station.
-
Vatican is just a short walk away, which is convenient.
-
Absolutely unbeatable location, and Piazza del Popolo located not that far away.
-
The friendly staff, the spectacular view, the cleanliness, the 'character' of the place.
-
we found it very convenient for sight seeing
-
The enivorment of the hotel was great...
The staff were no friendly enough
-
quiet and clean room - good choice of tv channels.
hotel could be warmer - breakfast room was cold. Some staff members lacking personality.
-
Nice rmodern room with double bed and very clean. The maid service was excellent.
I was unable to control the thermostat in the room. The room was very hot and I needed to keep windows open to stay cool. Thermostat didn;t appear to be able to cool off the room. Hotel should have facial tissues as well as face clothese for bathing/showering.
-
The location of the hotel was near a Metro train station which made the rest of the city very accessable. The hotel was very modern and the newly revamped rooms were beautiful. Very clean.

Very nice hotel. Although the hotel is on a fairly busy street, the rooom was not noisy at all and frankly, there is no place in Rome that is not busy or noisy. The hotel is on a corner literally one block from the Lepanto metro station (which is about 6 stops from the Rom train station) and approx 15-20 minute walk to any historical site, church or fountain that you would want to see. The Vatican is about a 15 minute walk and the other important piazza's are all accessible by metro if you don't want to walk. The room is not large, but its very clean, it has a desk and chair, a good size bed, free internet access, a comfortable bathroom and the breakfast is very good with good service. I found the staff to be very helpful, accomodating and nice. There are good restaurants nearby and the area is not crowded or full of tourists.
No complaints. My first room seemed to have a bug problem, but as soon as I called the front desk, they immediately changed my room and sent someone to help me with my luggage, so it was a minor problem that was quickly resolved.

Everything was perfect, especially the jacuzzi inside the room.. Overall design was very nice, a lot of space, very good shower, confortable sofa.. The best we have ever stayed, and we are both big travellers. We definitely recommand this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely great! It has a wonderful location in the Vaticano neighbourhood, good staff always helpful and a tremendous breakfast. Everything was clean, well-done and pleasant with a special care in the design of the rooms and common facilities. I'm going to return!
